In this luxury apartment of 125 sq.m, Parisian pied-à-terre for the owner and his family, Henri has done the whole high and low voltage installation.

In this apartment, we have done the whole high-voltage installation, the installation of all the decorative luminaries and the apparatus, the audio-video solution and the security.
The lighting of this apartment with beautiful volumes is composed of both a custom lighting variation, for better aesthetics and visual comfort, but also by natural light effects through curtains and blackout curtains.
The lighting and curtain management was done using Lutron technology to provide greater flexibility in the choice of lighting scenarios. They are easy to operate from the keyboards of the Signature range, whose buttons have been custom engraved in Spanish.
All the electrical equipment and thermostats of the bathrooms have been custom made in France by the company Meljac.
The living room is equipped with 6 in-ceiling speakers from Sonance for a homogeneous music distribution.
Ultra-HD Sony TVs were installed in all three bedrooms, and we have equipped the entire apartment with an intruder alarm system.
