In this project composed of a 4-floor residence and an independent loft, the HENRI teams were in charge of the whole high-voltage installation, as well as IT network, security and audiovisual solutions.

The residence
In the residence, owners wanted to be able to easily control lighting and blinds, play music in some rooms and in the garden, have a home cinema solution in the children’s playroom, a video area in the office and have a reliable security system consisting of an alarm, CCTV cameras and video access control at the entrance.
Control of these different systems is done from Crestron’s 7-inch wall-mounted touch screens, but also Crestron’s remote controls for the video zones, and via Lithoss control keypads for lighting and blinds.
We also installed subfloor heating and a professional telephony solution to equip the entire residence.
The loft
In the independent loft, the services are similar and include audiovisual, lighting management and an alarm system.
