As Project Manager, you will oversee the projects entrusted to you by the Operations Director, from signature to handover. You will be the main point of contact between Maison Henri and the project owner, and will be responsible for the proper execution and performance of your projects in terms of time spent, materials purchased and customer satisfaction.
On each project, you will be required to :
- Participate in site meetings and prepare reports
- Managing a project team: project manager(s), site manager(s), technician(s), programmer(s), subcontractors and service providers
- Plan on-site interventions by technical teams
- Managing purchasing: negotiating with suppliers, placing orders, monitoring supplies, receiving and returning products
- Financial monitoring: drawing up payment requests, balances, invoices, and managing reminders

Profile required
- 3 to 5 years' higher education (ideally in electricity, electrical engineering or embedded systems)
- You have at least 2 years' successful experience in a similar position
- You have a good command or expertise in project management
- You have a good knowledge of CFO/CFA installations and, ideally, an interest in home automation and audiovisual systems.
- You have a good command of Pack Office, particularly Excel
- Organized, rigorous, proactive, you are able to manage several projects simultaneously while respecting customer requirements and deadlines.
- Your interpersonal skills and ability to adapt will enable you to integrate quickly into our teams.
- Fluency in English is a plus
