Electrical Design Engineer (CFO/CFA) Home Automation and Audiovisual (M/F)

Working within the Technical Department, which guarantees the House’s expertise, you will support the Project Managers in design and implementation.

In the execution phase, working alongside the Project Manager, you will be responsible for :

- Produce the technical file required for proper execution (drawings, cable logs, synoptics, cabinet diagrams, etc.).

- Monitor site progress and modifications

- Participate in site meetings

- Update the technical file

- Produce the completed works file (DOE)

Continuously:

- Monitor technological developments to propose new solutions to our customers

- Ensure compliance with electrical standards in accordance with current regulations

- Internal exchanges with operational teams to improve project design

- Maintain relations with suppliers to optimize studies (response times, pricing conditions, etc.).

- Optimize and update internal tools and procedures.

Systems involved: Electrical installation; VDI; Centralized home automation control; Lighting and blind control systems; Motorized blinds and shades; Temperature control; Audio and video broadcasting; Private cinema rooms; Intruder alarms; Video surveillance; Access control; IT network and WiFi coverage; Telephony.

- 3 to 5 years' higher education (engineering school or equivalent) in electricity, electronics, home automation / BMS or embedded systems)

- You have at least 2 years' successful experience in a similar position

- You have a good knowledge of electrical architectures applied to the building industry, of electrical standards and systems, and ideally of home automation and audiovisual systems Excellent writing skills

- You are proficient in Excel, Word and ideally VISIO, INDESIGN, AutoCAD.

- Organized, rigorous, proactive, you are able to manage several projects simultaneously while respecting customer requirements and deadlines.

- Your interpersonal skills and ability to adapt will enable you to integrate quickly into our teams.

- Fluency in English is a plus
