Quantity surveyor CFO/CFA (M/F)

Working alongside the Sales team and Project Managers, your mission is to study and cost the company’s CFO/CFA projects.

In this context, you will be required to :

- Carry out costing and metering for calls for tender and projects entrusted to us.

- Draw up contract and additional work estimates

- Study projects on pricing and technical aspects and make proposals

- Draw up the documents needed to respond to the various calls for tender (descriptions, responses to specifications, technical specifications).

Systems concerned: High and low voltage electrical installations

- 3 to 5 years' higher education (engineering school or equivalent) in electricity, electronics, home automation / BMS or embedded systems)

- You have at least 2 years' successful experience in a similar position

- You have a good knowledge of electrical architectures applied to the building industry, of electrical standards and systems, and ideally of home automation and audiovisual systems.

- You are proficient in Excel, Word and ideally VISIO, INDESIGN, AutoCAD.

- Excellent writing skills

- Organized, rigorous, proactive, you are able to manage several projects simultaneously while respecting customer requirements and deadlines.

- Your interpersonal skills and ability to adapt will enable you to integrate quickly into our teams.

- Fluency in English is a plus
