AD INTÉRIEURS 2016

For several years, Henri is sought by great architects to provide expertise on their spaces at AD Intérieurs exhibition.

After Charles Zana, Tristan Auer, Bruno Moinard, Elliot Barnes, Cabinet Pinto, Ramy Fischler and Damien Langlois- Meurinne, this year our teams work with Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku on the lighting, sound and automation of their Salon Sonore, the living room of a genuine collector of sounds.

” A collector records moments from his daily life. In his workshop he stocks them in a crystalline glass capsule and files them away so that he can relive them at a later date. Comfortably installed in his living room, when he places one of the capsules at the centre of the library shelves, the memories come back to life and resonate, evoking daydreams and reverie”.

In this space two elements face:

  • a library, lacquered wood and fabric made, from which he can choose and read his totem.
  • a meridian protected by a cap, intimate, hosts one or more persons.

When the totem is placed in the centre of the library it changes the light atmosphere, the sound is broadcast and the memory invades the space.

HENRI was able to design and implement a bespoke solution to let architects Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku give life to their concept.

This exhibition will take place from 3 to 18 september 2016, 11 am – 7pm, at La Monnaie de Paris, 11 quai de Conti 75006.
