3000 m2This sumptuous villa displays a modern and warm decoration on five levels and a surface of more than 3000m2. Lush garden, living, reception and work areas, spa, swimming pool, cinema, sports, billiards and games rooms… Everything here contributes to a resolutely luxurious lifestyle, designed for the pleasure of its inhabitants.
HENRI was asked from the very beginning of the project to imagine a global technological solution that would offer the most advanced functionalities while integrating elegantly into the interior architecture. Each piece of equipment and each interface has been thoroughly studied to reconcile advanced technology, simplicity of use and aesthetic refinement.

Sculpting the light
In collaboration with the lighting designer and the client, custom lighting atmospheres were created in the different rooms of the house. Thanks to simple switches, they are modular and allow to adapt the atmosphere to each moment of life. Natural light was also fashioned thanks to automated blinds, curtains and exterior shutters.
Pure sound
A high-end audio solution allows music and video to be played with exceptional sound quality in all indoor and outdoor areas. Whether flush-mounted, suspended or free-standing, the speakers blend in perfectly with the decor.
A new dimension of cinema
Custom-designed for the premises, the private theatre was entirely created by HENRI. Layout, lighting, screen, acoustics, electronics: everything was thought out to offer users a cinema experience of unique comfort and intensity.
